The core in Vacon’s Water Solutions are the Vacon NXS and Vacon NXL frequency converters. The unique patented modularity makes the products flexible and service friendly. In retrofit applications the modularity makes it possible to replace virtually any brand of frequency converter in virtually any water handling application with a Vacon NX.
Robust hardware
The Vacon NX converters are available in both IP21 and IP54 enclosures. Integrated AC chokes and EMC filters makes the NX converters problem free and easy to install. Protection against aggressive gases can be significantly improved by using varnished PCBs – for converters used in sewage handling this is the key to trouble free operation for many years.

Vacon opens office in the Czech Republic
The Finland-based AC drives manufacturer Vacon is establishing a firmer foothold in Central Europe by setting up a new subsidiary in the Czech Republic. The official opening of the office, located in Prague, will be celebrated on May 20. The inaugural speech will be given by Hannu Kyröläinen, Finland's Ambassador to the Czech Republic.

Vacon strengthens service operations in Europe
The AC drives manufacturer Vacon opens a new high-power service center in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, on September 13. Focussing on secured availability of high-power swap units and fast service, the new service center in Gorinchem will enhance Vacon's customer support in Europe. Among the invited guests at the grand opening will be customers, partners and Vacon Group management.
